Power supply mode of Isolator

 
The common power supply modes of isolators include independent power supply, loop power supply and output loop power supply.
 
Isolators with independent power supply:
Independent 20~35vdc DC power supply is required. The advantage of this method is high isolation transmission accuracy; The power supply, input and output are completely isolated, and the power supply of the multi-channel system does not need to be isolated, which can ensure high anti-interference performance, and the input signal can be converted to other types of models.
Circuit powered isolator:
In the actual industrial monitoring system, DCS, PLC or other display instruments with internal power supply of cards are more and more widely used. Loop powered isolators often cannot meet the requirements of these cards for high signal isolation and transmission accuracy and high distribution voltage of two-wire transmitters. Therefore, the output circuit powered isolator not only retains the superior performance of the independent power supply isolator, but also meets the requirements of the output circuit power supply interface.

Standard Gain Horn Antenna
A horn antenna can be viewed as a gradually opening waveguide. The function of the horn is to generate a uniform phase wavefront over the larger aperture of the waveguide, resulting in higher directivity. A standard gain horn antenna is a horn antenna whose gain is scaled to the frequency characteristics. The bandwidth of the horn antenna is determined by the operating frequency range of the main mode in the waveguide connected to it. The operating frequency of the rectangular waveguide is determined by the operating frequency range of the main mode TE10 mode, and the gain is mainly from 10 dB to 25 dB.
