Voltage controlled oscillators refer to the output frequency and the input control voltage has a corresponding relationship with the oscillator circuit (VCO), frequency is a function of the input signal voltage of the oscillator VCO, the working state of the oscillator or the component parameters of the oscillation loop are controlled by the input control voltage, which can constitute an oscillator.
It is an electronic oscillation circuit design that uses a voltage input to control the oscillation frequency. Conversely, when the reverse bias voltage is reduced, the capacitance in the diode becomes larger and the frequency decreases.
