Principle

RF testing process is usually the most complex and influential process in the production line of wireless communication equipment such as mobile phones, and it is usually the bottleneck of the production line. RF test station is usually composed of test instrument, shielding box, test software, etc. It can be divided into calibration test, integrated test, antenna test, etc. Due to the requirement of production capacity, the RF test process is usually run in parallel by multiple identical test stations. The passing rate of one or some test stations is low; The reduction of output will lead to bottleneck of production line and sharp increase of production cost. The reasons can be roughly divided into: product design or material reasons, testing problems (error testing problems), RF interference and other environmental factors, and testing uncertainty.

Application

The shielding box is used to suppress the transmission of electromagnetic noise along the space, that is, to cut off the transmission path of radiated electromagnetic noise.
