Waveguide elbow is an indispensable and important part of microwave components. The shape is not very complex, but the dimensional accuracy is very high, and it has a curved cavity. (as shown in Figure 1: internal dimension diagram of waveguide elbow), the internal dimension deviation of waveguide elbow is required to be ± 0.03mm ~ ± 0.05mm. The minimum wall thickness is only 1mm, and the maximum wall thickness is only 1.5mm. Its internal shape is mainly to reduce the energy loss when the electromagnetic wave passes through.
