A: 1.We will manufacture these products based on the mechanical drawings you provided. Some minor alterations might occur during the process of production to ensure we can meet your electrical specs requirements. Alternatively, we may go for the first set as samples and see whether it meet your specification requirements. After communication, the buyer and the seller reach an agreement on product details, packaging, purchase quantity, unit price, delivery time and payment terms. 2.The buyer sends a formal PO (purchase order) or the seller sends a formal PI (proforma invoice) with detailed terms and conditions. 3.Q: How do you solve after-sales service issues? A: After receiving the goods, if you have any dissatisfaction or other issues, please contact us ASAP, we will give you a fast response and reasonable solution. 4.Q: How long is your delivery time?
